Returns Policy

If, on receipt of your order you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase under the following conditions:

Return time frame

Unwanted products may be returned to International Nutrition, Inc.* within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Physical condition of the returned products

All returned products must be in an unused condition, with the product’s seals unbroken and in their original packing material.

Shipping costs

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling returned products. We recommend using UPS or USPS insured mail for ‘returns’ as we cannot be responsible for items that get lost en route to our warehouse.

Return authorization

If you are considering returning your product, it is required that you contact International Nutrition, Inc. before doing so. You should request a Return Authorization number (RA); it must be clearly displayed on the returned packaging. Please enclose your reasons for returning the product(s).

Refund credit

Refunds will be given upon return of your order, assuming the above conditions have been met.
