Terms & Conditions of the Use of the SeagreensOnline Website
Use of this site is provided subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
- They are effective from the date which you first accessed the site.
- International Nutrition, Inc.* reserves the right to
change the terms and conditions of use at any time by posting changes
online.
- You are responsible for reviewing information posted online regularly
to ensure compliance with such changes.
- Continued use of this site subsequent to any change constitutes
your acceptance that this agreement has been modified by those changes.
If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of
this site must be terminated immediately.
- All orders are billed in the currency of the destination of the
order. This means US$.
- All goods remain the property of International Nutrition, Inc. until such
time as they are paid for in full.
- All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to
International Nutrition, Inc. within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products may vary slightly in design from the website images.
- At our discretion, and upon receipt of an order over a certain value,
we reserve the right to pre-approve the order before acceptance. We
reserve the right to decline any order without reason. Orders will
only be dispatched once payment has been received and authenticated.
International Nutrition, Inc. cannot be held responsible for orders being
delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.
- International Nutrition, Inc. cannot be held responsible for orders being
delayed by Industrial Action or other events beyond our control. Proof
of delivery is obtained by signature on delivery.
- Materials, images etc., may not be copied, reproduced, republished,
downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted for any purpose except
for personal non-commercial use. Prior written permission is required
for any other use.
- You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any
of the material, images, etc., contained in this site or use it for
any other purpose other than for your personal non-commercial use.
- You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner
which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the
use and enjoyment of this site by any third party.
- This site and the information contained therein including, names,
images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to Seagreens
and its products (or to third party products and their services),
is provided on a ‘as available' basis without any representation
or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express
or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement,
compatibility, security and accuracy.
- International Nutrition, Inc. will not be liable for any damages whatsoever
including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages,
or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data, or
profits, whether in action of contract, negligence or other action
arising out of or in connection with the use of the site.
- International Nutrition, Inc. does not warrant that the data in the material
contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, and that
defects will be corrected, or that the site's server that makes it
available are free of computer or network based viruses or similar.
- The names, images and logos of Seagreens and/or third parties and
their products and/or services are proprietary marks of Seagreens
and/or third parties. Nothing contained herein shall be construed
as conferring by implication or otherwise any licence or right under
any trade mark or patent of Seagreens, or any other third party.
- If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and
rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating
to specific material then the former shall prevail.

Seagreens products in the United States and Canada.
